Each piece is designed with love and intention—many of our items are made-to-order to ensure quality, exclusivity, and a luxurious fit for you.
Because of the nature of our garments and for hygiene reasons, especially with swimwear, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Quality Assurance

- In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos
- Manufacturing defects will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted as production begins immediately
